Administrative Assistant

Hours:

Monday through Friday: 9:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; one-hour lunch break

 

Job Description:

 

The Administrative Assistant provides a broad spectrum of administrative support to a team of Consultants.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support – responsibilities include creating correspondence for several Consultants when required.  This includes (but is not limited to) general correspondence, inputting data into Excel, filing and faxing.
  • Assist in updating reports in Word and Excel as directed by Consultants.
  • Assist in preparation of mailings.
  • Ordering of white paper supplies for firm.
  • Ordering office supplies for the department.
  • Secondary phone coverage (back up for front desk when necessary).

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Word and Experience with Excel.
  • Candidate must possess the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Some overtime may occasionally be required.

Salary/Pay Rate:

We offer an excellent salary that is commensurate with experience.
